Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped immediately after.

Is shipping free on all orders?

Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Do you offer custom stitching or size adjustments?

Currently, all our pieces are ready-to-wear and designed in standard sizes. However, our tailoring ensures a comfortable and flattering fit for most body types.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our support team as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
